What we collect

• Details you enter: name, e-mail, phone, billing and shipping address, VAT/NIF, payment-method token (the raw card data stays with our processor, Square).
• Order, support and demo records.

Why we use it

To create and manage your preorder or sale, send development or marketing updates (you can opt-out anytime), prevent fraud, meet tax and regulatory duties and improve our site.

Who sees it

• Payment processing: Square Europe Ltd.
• Website inquiries: Google Cloud, hosted in EU data centres.
• Email: Google Workspace.
• Couriers, accountants or public authorities if the law requires it.

How long

Business records are kept for the legal minimum (normally 6 years after the last transaction) and then deleted or anonymised. Marketing e-mails stop as soon as you unsubscribe.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest; access is limited to staff who need it for their job and protected by MFA.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies are always active; analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you accept them in our cookie banner.

• Necessary — remember your cookie choice, protect our forms against spam (Cloudflare Turnstile) and let our payment processor prevent fraud during checkout.
• Analytics (consent) — Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used.
• Advertising (consent) — Google Ads and Meta Pixel, to measure campaigns.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, or object to its use. E-mail privacy@voltrac.eu and we will respond within 30 days. You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD).

By using this site or placing a preorder you agree to this policy. We will announce any material changes by e-mail and on this page.
